We accept payments via credit/debt card, cheque, bank transfer, even PayPal. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of individual appointments within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Prior to 24 hours all cancellations or amendments are absolutely free. Just call us!

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Horizon Professional Services we guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning visit for any reason we will send a supervisor to solve any problems right away and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. Basically, you don’t have to pay for cleaning you’re not happy with.
